From calling to book my transportation to my hotel and return trip to the airport they treated me with the utmost respect and they were on time for both. I also received regular text messages confirming my pick up and what type of vehicle was picking me up. The driver was the same person to and from the airport which I liked and she was a very good driver. But the best part was George who was the person who I spoke to when deciding which transportation service to use. I was anxious and he kept me feeling secure in their process and their business and he stayed in touch with me via text. I highly recommend Orlando Taxi.

When last minute we found out our rental car company would not be open to shuttle us over for our early morning flight we panicked, but one call to George and he took such great care to set us up with a ride and Isabele was a fantastic driver! So accommodating and fun. Felt safe and relaxed!

We called ahead of time for the trip from our Disney resort to the airport. They communicated clearly, and gave us text updates, including when he got to the resort. The driver was very friendly, easy to talk to. He arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time. I would use them again on future trips in Orlando. I even got an email receipt for my travel claim.
